Description

Bottomless filters let the barista watch as the espresso drips from the machine and ensure it doesn’t experience too much channeling or blonding. Channeling can be detected when the stream of coffee is coming at an uneven angle, while blonding is an unfortunate side effect of under-extraction, creating a weak espresso. The Rocket 58mm naked portafilter does an incredible job of this and helps a great deal in maintaining the quality of the espresso.
